We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Personalised and Custom Orders

Orders involving personalisation (e.g., engraving, custom printing, photo gifts) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any personalisation details submitted at the time of order.
AverElite is not liable for errors in personalised products resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of AverElite Luxury Creations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AverElite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
