Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every gift. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

We accept return and refund requests raised within 7 days of delivery. All requests are subject to review. Personalised and custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item missing from the order
  • Significant quality issue verified by our team

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Personalised, engraved, or custom-printed products (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events
  • Digital products or gift cards

How to Raise a Return Request

Email us at hello@averelite.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Return (if required)

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund or Replacement

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or we will dispatch a replacement.

  • • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • • Store Credit (AverElite Wallet): Instant
